Skiploom is the evolved form of Hoppip. As a Grass and Flying type, Skiploom is better at controlling its movements in the air. This Pokémon uses the wind to travel long distances, but it has the ability to fly more gracefully. Skiploom often floats through grassy areas, using its leaves to stay in the air. It is also known to influence the weather, occasionally summoning light breezes with its movements.
