Pelipper is a dual-type Water/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It evolves from Wingull and becomes larger and more powerful, with a massive beak and large wings. Pelipper is capable of carrying large objects in its beak and is often seen flying over oceans, where it acts as a messenger or carrier.
