Throh prefers to battle with throws and grapples. It lives in groups that train constantly. It’s found in mountains and remote areas. It uses moves like Storm Throw and Seismic Toss. Throh wears a white training gi naturally grown from its body. It respects strength and discipline. It trains younger Pokémon in fighting arts. It is slow but immensely strong. Its design is based on judo practitioners.
