Elgyem’s strange, glowing hands can emit psychic waves that disrupt brain activity. It is said to have appeared mysteriously in desert regions many decades ago. Elgyem communicates through blinking lights on its fingers, which can form complex messages. Some legends claim it arrived on Earth aboard a UFO. It is gentle by nature but uses psychic power defensively when threatened. Elgyem evolves into Beheeyem at level 42, where its abilities become much stronger. In battle, it uses moves like Psybeam, Teleport, and Cosmic Power. It has an almost scientific curiosity about its surroundings. Trainers often find Elgyem staring intently at objects for hours. Its glowing hands can also heal minor injuries by stimulating nerve responses. Elgyem’s design reflects popular depictions of extraterrestrials in modern folklore.
