Netflix 2024. Ranma Saotome is the main character of Ranma ½, a skilled martial artist who turns into a girl when splashed with cold water and back into a boy with hot water. He was trained in martial arts by his father, Genma, who also shares a similar curse. Akane Tendo is a strong-willed, tomboyish girl and the youngest daughter of the Tendo family, known for her martial arts skills. She is arranged to be Ranma’s fiancée, though they often argue and have a complicated relationship. Despite their bickering, both characters gradually develop feelings for each other throughout the series.
